Return Policy

Our returns policy lasts 14 days. Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange if more than 14 days have passed since your purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, hygiene sticker must be and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You cannot return gift cards. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. We offer store credits or exchanges.

All returns must email with your order number and the reason for the return with all tags attached including the hygiene seal. We will not accept tampered or worn goods.

All return emails must be submitted within 14 days of purchasing, international orders within 21 days.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

We do not offer refunds (unless faulty), only store credits or exchange. We will not refund on Afterpay purchases. We will of course offer an exchange or credit note for any returns made with Afterpay.
In the case of a faulty item, please email us at We will incur postage costs, so please be sure to include a receipt. If it is for a change of mind, we ask that you post the goods back to us at your own expense.
If the item is deemed faulty, Coral Swimwear will provide a full refund. In the event that a return does not reach us, we will not be held liable. We advise that you ensure you use a tracking safe method or insurance.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you are still having problems, please contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at

Sale items (if applicable)
No change of mind refund on sale items and no change of mind refunds after 7 days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
